We offer a structured process of helping manager and team focus their discussion, build a common vision, gain clarity on likely and desired outcomes and then collectively work towards them. Areas addressed can include :-

- Manager as coach and managing dysfunctional teams
- Conflict resolution and developing resilience.
Delivery is via two one-day workshops, at least a week apart, focused on enabling each participant to take from the session the most important elements to them as individuals and provide techniques to use those elements in bringing together a closer, higher-performing team.
Learning tools include actual practical sessions, behavioural profiling to identify how individuals behave and react to different circumstances, self-reflection techniques, team discussions and self-management elements (self-confidence, lack of direction, listening skills, effective communication).
