Programme delivery is designed to start on a face-to-face basis in your home country and then develop through phone and on-line media as the relationship develops and you move into your new environment.  Outcomes include:

It is estimated that 80% of executives who are sent overseas on long-term assignment by a company leave that company within 2 years of returning to their home country. This proves enormously costly to both the executives and the companies concerned. We provide a core, structured programme to support executives and their families coming home from assignments.  

Assessment tools used in the coaching can include The Cultural Orientations Indicator, The Cultural Orientations Model, EAGLE (Executive Assessment Global Leadership Excellence), PRISM (a behavioural profiling tool).
