Julia Russell is a world-renowned professional executive and personal development coach. Julia became a coach following a career in international corporate finance having worked in the USA, Europe and South East Asia.
Julia's vision is to make a difference in the development of personal and professional potential by empowering individuals through challenging and supportive coaching. She has a particular interest in coaching across cultures, career transition, and working collaboratively on a global basis to help executive clients to achieve their performance and developmental goals.

Julia was born in Malaysia and her formative years were spent in Africa prior to returning to the UK. Julia speaks English (mother tongue) and some Italian, French and Bahasa Indonesia & Melayu. She is a member of The International Coach Federation, Institute of Directors (Executive Committee Member of Kent Branch), Institute of Financial Services, West Kent Chamber of Commerce and an affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development as well as a long time local primary school governor.
